She’s a knockout.

Taylor Momsen’s abs stole the show at the 2025 MTV VMAs red carpet Sunday night, as the Pretty Reckless frontwoman arrived in a black bralette and low-slung leather maxi skirt.

Speaking to Page Six on the carpet, Momsen credited her ripped physique to a new fitness fixation.

“Consistency is the secret. I work out a lot,” she said. “I try to do something every day. It just makes me feel good — mentally and physically, obviously.”

The singer, 32, pointed to one sport as a particular passion — and confessed to an ulterior motive for the intense training regimen.

“Boxing is my new obsession at the moment,” she said. “I secretly want to be ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer,’ so I’m like, well, I’ll just try to do that in real life.”

Even without any vampires to slay, Momsen has been keeping busy lately. On Friday, her band released its new single, “For I Am Death,” accompanied by a characteristically dark, horror-inflected video.

“I’m incredibly proud of it, incredibly excited that it’s out, and that is just the very beginning of what’s to come,” she told Page Six.

“I keep saying the next 12 months in the Pretty Reckless world is going to be absolutely insane, so stay tuned,” she continued.

The rocker also reflected on her musical inspirations, especially Black Sabbath and the late Ozzy Osbourne, who is being honored with a tribute at the ceremony.

“Ozzy is so important to me. Black Sabbath is so important to me and what I do. His music is so ingrained in my psyche and being that I feel like I know him. And I do know the family, so I’m looking forward to seeing them as well.”
