What’s this, what’s this? Gap and Disney are welcoming spooky season with a stylish homage to Halloweentown’s iconic Pumpkin King.
The frequent collaborators have released a 23-piece collection inspired by Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas and its hero, Jack Skellington, now available online and in stores. Priced at $24 to $108, the Gap x Disney Nightmare Before Christmas collection features outerwear, hoodies, crewneck shirts, oversized denim, hats and sleepwear for adults and kids.
Women’s and men’s standouts include a striped black denim jacket with matching baggy jeans that nod to Jack’s iconic suit, VintageSoft hooded sweaters and tank tops with “Nightmare” in Gap’s signature collegiate font, heavyweight zip-up hoodies and joggers in moody monochromatic tie-dye, purple cardigans and sweaters embroidered with Jack’s face and of-the-moment tailored barrel jeans that pair well with the collection’s vintage-inspired graphic T-shirts.
The spooky-chic capsule’s baby, toddler and kids apparel and accessories include embroidered tees and sailor tops, baggy jeans, cozy VintageSoft hoodies in black and purple, and playful vintage-wash baseball caps.

For those counting down the nights before Halloween and Christmas, there’s cozy organic cotton PJ sets in baby and toddler sizes, organic cotton boxers and black and white flannel pajama pants for kids and grown-ups.
Gap notes that is partners with Reimagining Industry to Support Equality (RISE) to work with factories that invests in gender equity and women’s empowerment. Items are made with a blend of recycled cotton and polyester, tencel lyocel (a wood pulp-based material) and cotton modal.
The Nightmare Before Christmas capsule is the latest to come from Disney and Gap’s ongoing partnership. The companies released a Mickey & Friends collection last year that’s mostly sold out, though a handful of pieces are still available and currently on sale for 40 percent off.
