Actor Priyanka Chopra found her quiet evening hilariously interrupted by husband Nick Jonas in a playful, yet noisy, Instagram video that has been making the rounds.

In the clip shared to his Instagram account, Nick lip-syncs with spirited enthusiasm to the Jonas Brothers’ song Backwards, while Priyanka quietly sits nearby, fully immersed in her book and sporting an LED face mask. As he performs, Priyanka watches with mild bemusement. At one point, things get comically intense when Nick flings a banana at his phone prompting Priyanka to glance over in surprise and then quietly exit the room. The clip ends with Nick still holding his phone, seemingly unfazed by the dramatic exit.
Nick captioned the lighthearted post, “Is this loud enough?”, choosing Backwards as the background music. The video immediately garnered plenty of attention online, especially from amused fans. One remarked, “Poor Priyanka just wanting to read her book in peace.” Another chimed in, “I think Priyanka was done with you.” And yet another fan joked, “Priyanka Chopra tell him it’s not loud enough.”
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the couple’s playful chemistry on display Priyanka and Nick have often shared candid, affectionate moments with the world. Married since 2018, following both Christian and traditional Hindu ceremonies in Rajasthan, the duo welcomed their daughter, Malti, through surrogacy in January 2022. Meanwhile, Nick is out on tour with his brothers Kevin and Joe as part of their Jonas20: Greetings from Your Hometown tour, wrapping up on November 14 in Uncasville, Connecticut.
On the work front, Priyanka Chopra will next be seen in the second season of the web series Citadel. She is also set to take on the role of a 19th-century Caribbean pirate in The Bluff. In India, she is part of SS Rajamouli’s much-anticipated project with Mahesh Babu, currently titled GlobeTrotter.
Most recently, Priyanka appeared in Heads of State alongside Idris Elba and John Cena. Directed by Ilya Naishuller, the film is now streaming on Prime Video.
