As festival season comes to a close, fans still have one more big fest to look forward to — and they just added plenty of new names to get excited about.

On Thursday (Sept. 4), Global Citizen announced that Adam Lambert, Bill Nye, Liza Koshy and Danai Gurira will join the 2025 Global Citizen Festival lineup as co-hosts on Sept. 27. The quartet of stars will join actor-singer Hugh Jackman, who was previously announced as the host for the annual benefit festival.

Additionally, the organization also announced a number of guest speakers that are set to appear at this year’s festival — including Kristen Bell, Tony Goldwyn, Laurie Hernandez, Nate Burleson and Vladimir Duthiers among others — while adding Latin superstar Camilo to the lineup of performers.

The news comes months after the organization announced that The Weeknd and Shakira would serve as headliners at the festival, with stars like Tyla, Mariah the Scientist and Ayra Starr also set to perform. “I’m honored to headline the incredible Global Citizen Festival in Central Park this September,” Shakira wrote in a statement at the time. “I can’t wait to perform, unite, and inspire action.”

Fans who are unable to come see the concert live in New York City will be able to watch the show via livestream on YouTube, Apple Music and Apple TV on Sept. 27.

Earlier this summer, Lambert made headlines for his breakout performance as Judas in a three-night presentation of Jesus Christ Superstar at the Hollywood Bowl, where he starred alongside Cynthia Erivo as Jesus. Speaking to Billboard before the show’s run, Lambert praised his co-star’s performance, while adding that he was “excited by the challenge of presenting the audience with a production led by a female, Black ‘Jesus,’” and encouraged the audience who came to see the show to “expand their minds a bit.”
