Did she lose her luggage?
When Amanda Seyfried arrived at the Venice Film Festival 2025 Monday, we were struck with a startling case of sartorial déjà vu; at the photo call for her upcoming movie “The Testament Of Ann Lee,” the actress wore the exact same outfit seen on Julia Roberts just 48 hours prior at the Italian fest.
Roberts, 57, debuted new Versace artistic director Dario Vitale’s first-ever designs for the house at her photo call for Luca Guadagnino’s “After The Hunt” Friday: a tailored navy wool jacket, striped shirt and straight-leg jeans cinched with a gold-buckled belt.
It seems Seyfried, 39, was smitten with the outfit — and fortunately, she and Roberts happen to share the same stylist, Elizabeth Stewart.
“Please let me wear the same outfit,” the “Mean Girls” star commented on Stewart’s Instagram post showing off Roberts’ look.
Sure enough, two days later, the outfit got its second red-carpet moment on Seyfried.
“Thank you @juliaroberts for your generosity and sustainability,” Stewart captioned social media snaps of her two clients wearing the look. “Sharing is caring!”
The only difference in how the two outfits were styled? Roberts wore a pair of woven leather Versace pumps, while Seyfried opted for strappy sandals.
Stewart’s no stranger to a sustainable style moment; one of her other top clients, Cate Blanchett, is famous for re-wearing her red carpet looks multiple times.
Just last week, in fact, Blanchett attended the Venice Film Festival premiere of “La Grazia” wearing an Armani Privé gown she previously wore to the 2022 SAG Awards.
