However busy they’ve been these last few months, Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber make time for date night. And while Hailey has a tried and tested outfit formula, this week, she hit on a look that ticks all the boxes for a romantic dinner date in the approach to fall.

The Biebers were photographed dining at West Hollywood restaurant Ysabel, a contemporary American spot known for its fresh salads, steaks, pastas, and fruity cocktail menu. (We’ll assume Hailey opted for the lemon spaghetti). It counts as a break from some of the Biebers’s preferred date night spots, including celebrity favorite sushi spot Sushi Park. And while the strip mall walkway to the Japanese restaurant has become a bit of a runway for the likes of Hailey, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, et al, the Biebers jaunt to Ysabel was much more low-key.

The Rhode founder opted for a sheet black blouse with a tie-up front that hung loose and low, with tailored black pants and open-toed black mules, accessorizing simply with a favorite, the black woven leather shoulder bag from The Row. She kept her grown out hair loose and relaxed, with clean makeup and a smudge of Rhode blush. When leaving the restaurant, she made sure to grab their leftover bottle of wine. Monochromatic, simple, and chic, it’s an easy outfit for looking put together regardless of the changing seasons.

Exquisitely tailored suit pants are a Hailey Bieber calling card, which she dresses up with mules and The Row shoes, or down with casual flip-flops. Of recent, though, it’s been her choice of denim that’s caught everyone’s attention. Earlier this week she was photographed supporting Justin at his basketball tournament in a pair of low-rise indigo jeans, and on another day in a more laidback look with similarly loose-fitting denim.
