Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is taking fresh aim at Vice President JD Vance, firing off a campaign email that labeled him “full of sh*t” just hours after he mocked her during a Wisconsin rally.Vance, appearing Friday at Mid-City Steel in LaCrosse near the Minnesota border, asked the crowd to join him in prayer for victims of a recent Minnesota mass shooting before pivoting to partisan jabs.
