Kollywood actor, Vishal marked his 47th birthday by exchanging rings with his lady love, Sai Dhanshika. The couple got engaged on August 29, 2025, in an intimate ceremony in the presence of their loved ones. The couple had made their relationship public in May 2025. However, had decided to change their wedding plans due to Vishal’s commitment to the Nadigar Sangam building project. Nonetheless, it seems like things are back on track now.
Vishal and Sai Dhanshika get engaged
Vishal and Sai Dhanshika’s engagement was a private affair at Vishal’s residence, attended by family and close friends. The news was shared with the much-loved duo on August 29, 2025. They shared a series of pictures marking the joyous occasion. Sai and Vishal’s traditional attire, set against the simple and elegant floral decoration, looked ethereal. A special photo in the grid showcased the happy couple standing with their families.
Vishal shared the pictures alongside a heartfelt note, thanking everyone for their wishes on his birthday. He added that he was happy to share that he had gotten engaged to the love of his life, making the occasion even more special. His caption could be read as:

For the joyous occasion, Vishal wore a beige veshti and shirt exuding elegance and simplicity. While Sai Dhanshika, on the other hand, looked gorgeous in a silk saree with earthy tones, comprising maroon, gold, yellow, beige and shares of blue and pink. Both wore traditional jasmine garlands around their necks. Dhanshika complements her look with classic gold temple jewellery, including a heavy necklace and jhumkas.
Talking about their rings, Vishal wore a simple gold band with ‘Francis M’ engraved on it; the other side of the ring was not visible in the picture. Sai, on the other hand, wore three rings: a plain gold band with Vishal’s name on it, a half-infinity band, and a cushion-cut diamond ring.
Vishal and Sai Dhanshika have known each other for 15 years
Vishal and Sai Dhanshika share a strong bond, with the actress revealing that she values her relationship deeply. Speaking at the Yogi Da press meet earlier this year, Vishal acknowledged Sai Dhanshika’s impact on his life. He has said that he feels fortunate to have Dhanshika as his partner. At the same event, he said that Sai was a wonderful person. Dhanshika also praised Vishal and stated:
“I’ve known Vishal for about 15 years, and he has always shown me respect whenever we met. During a difficult time in my life, he personally came to my home and spoke out on my behalf. No other hero has ever done that. His gesture was truly kind and heartwarming.”
