After months of speculation, Lollapalooza India has finally revealed its 2026 line-up, and it’s one for the history books. The global festival returns to Mumbai on January 24 and 25 next year with Linkin Park and Playboi Carti headlining the fourth edition.
The announcement marks a historic moment for Indian fans as Linkin Park, one of the most requested international acts, will perform in the country for the very first time. The band, known for defining an entire generation with their fusion of rock, rap and raw emotion, has sold over 100 million records and won multiple Grammys. With anthems like In the ‘End’, ‘Numb’ and ‘Crawling’ still resonating decades later, their long-awaited India debut is expected to be the highlight of the festival. The band continues to evolve with recent releases like ‘Lost’ and ‘From Zero’, proving their enduring global relevance.
Playboi Carti will headline alongside, bringing his explosive live energy and genre-bending sound to Indian shores for the first time. With hits such as ‘Magnolia’ and ‘Stop Breathing’, and a Billboard-dominating new album, Carti has cemented himself as one of hip-hop’s most disruptive voices. He will also be joined by his Opium labelmates Ken Carson, Destroy Lonely and Homixide Gang making their set one of the most anticipated of the weekend.
British punk star YUNGBLUD, Grammy-nominated R&B artist Kehlani, EDM prodigy Knock2, and synth-pop favourites LANY are among the international highlights. Fans can also expect performances from Japanese star Fujii Kaze, Canadian alt-rockers Mother Mother, and synthwave duo The Midnight.
On the home front, India’s own Bloodywood will return with their unique blend of folk and metal, while artists like Ankur Tewari & The Ghalat Family, Karsh Kale, and rising indie duo OAFF-Savera will represent the country’s thriving music scene. The festival will also showcase a diverse crop of emerging Indian talent including Zoya, Gini, MXRCI, Pho and Sunflower Tape Machine.
Promoted and produced by BookMyShow Live in partnership with global producers Perry Farrell and C3 Presents, Lollapalooza India 2026 promises a genre-spanning mix across four stages.
