It’s been an inovidable, internacional summer for Jennifer Lopez, who took her 20-date world tour to stadiums, open air arenas, and Pride festivals everywhere. She made an appearance at the AMAs with a career-spanning performance and has been continually getting it in the gym—and documenting the process too. Since wrapping up JLo on tour, Lopez has managed to take some time with family in The Hamptons.
Photographed out and about in Brentwood, L.A., the singer and actor looked like she meant business in a tight and tailored white skirt suit. What that business is? It’s anyone’s guess.
The look consisted of a white blazer with structured shoulders, large buttons, and a nipped-in waist, paired with a matching pencil skirt that fell below the knee. She accessorized with a large Hermés Birkin—one of several in a more colorful collection—as well as some black, sky high stilettos, gold aviator sunglasses, and a gold choker. She wore her caramel colored hair in signature waves.

Summer mostly saw Lopez in colorful activewear, oversized sunglasses, and dramatic onstage looks: highlights included a flame bikini and countless mesh bodysuits the colors of the rainbow. For the AMAs, she brought seven glamorous outfit changes, with help from her go-to stylist duo Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn. But on her off-duty days, she made the most of Euro summer styling, opting for Sophia Loren-like feminine looks, flowing skirts and billowing shirts, and even a turn as a tomato girl (which saw her attempted revival of a throwback shoe, the Valentino rockstuds). Never, usually, without a Birkin bag either.
Expect to see more skirt suits as we slide into fall winter 2025, with this season’s runway collections showing multiple interpretations of the corporate ensemble, from Stella McCartney to Sarah Burton’s Givenchy, more subversive cuts at Victoria Beckham, and playful color palettes at Valentino.
Packing away her crystal bikinis and illusion bodysuits for now, it looks like it’s back to business for Jennifer Lopez for fall.
