Actor Hrithik Roshan has rented his luxurious sea-facing property in Mumbai’s Juhu to his girlfriend, Saba Azad. The rental agreement for the property located in the upscale Juhu area stipulates a monthly rent of Rs 75,000, according to documents accessed by Zapkey. The agreement, which will begin on August 4, includes a security deposit of Rs 1.2 lakh.
The property spans an impressive 12,000 square feet. It is situated in Mannat Apartments on the Juhu-Versova Link Road in Mumbai. Roshan purchased three floors in this building in October 2020. This includes a duplex covering the 19th and 20th floors, costing Rs 97.5 crore.
This is not the first real estate move by the actor this year. He had rented a 2,727 square feet commercial space in Mumbai’s Goregaon for Rs 5 lakh per month. He then sold three residential apartments in Andheri for Rs 6.7 crore.
The actor has not made any public comments regarding this lease as of now.
The couple have been dating for 3 years now. His relationship with Azad became public during Karan Johar’s 50th birthday party in 2022. Their joint appearance at the party confirmed their dating rumours.
On the professional front, Roshan was recently seen in the film ‘War 2’. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film released in theatres over the Independence Day weekend. Co-starring Jr NTR and Kiara Advani, the film garnered moderate reviews and had an average run at the box office. The film clashed with Rajinikanth’s much-anticipated film ‘Coolie’ at the box office.
His actor-girlfriend Saba Azad, on the other hand, will appear in the upcoming film ‘Songs of Paradise.’ The film is slated for a release on Prime Video on August 29. It also stars Soni Razdan in a key role.
