Filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan experienced the spiritual beauty of the Ganga Aarti during her first trip to Rishikesh. The evening ritual, held at Parmarth Niketan, was followed by a refreshing spell of rain, which Farah described as a divine blessing.
Sharing a video on Instagram, Farah gave her followers a glimpse of the grand aarti, which featured a massive idol of Lord Shiva in the middle of the river and devotional bhajans on the banks.
Expressing gratitude, she wrote, “The most beautiful #gangaaarti @parmarthniketan .. n the gods blessed us afterwards with a nice rain shower too.. thank you @swaamiramdev for doing this for my team n me.. n @pujyaswamiji @deepakparmarth for ur warm welcome n kind hearts.”
