It’s all about mules and dainty shoes for Zoë Kravitz this summer. The actress is in the middle of her “Caught Stealing” press tour, and has been selecting Saint Laurent as her go-to designer for a majority of her looks so far, while mixing and matching with minimalist footwear.

For a photo call in Paris for the film, she stepped out in a pair of delicate strappy mules from the fashion house that completed a simple yet romantic look.

Kravitz walked the carpet in a look that gave off a minimalist, just got out of bed appeal. She styled a cream slipdress in silk satin and lace from Saint Laurent with a pair of Saint Laurent’s Frankie Mules in a black satin crepe material. The slip-on sandals featured a sleek design with a sharp, pointed toe. There are two sets of thin double straps crossing over on the upper, creating a cage-like effect over the front of the foot.

The Frankie Mules also feature a pin-thin heel measuring around four to five inches that start at the center of the backless sandal, giving the heel a dramatic pitch. The shoes are in line with the actress’ recent footwear choices. She has been wearing Manolo Blahnik’s Jada Mules as of late or other Saint Laurent designs like the L’entracte slingback pumps in satin crepe and the Saint Laurent Vendome slingback pumps in glazed leather.

Kravitz isn’t the only star reaching for mules lately. The shoes have been quite a hit with celebrities this summer, with people like Emily Ratajkowski, Parker Posey, Halle Bailey, Nicole Kidman and others stepping out in mule styles from brands like Paris Texas, Roger Vivier, Santoni, Bottega Veneta and more.

“Caught Stealing” hits theaters on Aug. 29, and Kravitz stars as Yvonne alongside Austin Butler, who plays Hank. When his punk-rock neighbor asks him to take care of his cat for a few days, New York City bartender Hank Thompson suddenly finds himself caught in the middle of a motley crew of threatening gangsters who all want a piece of him. The film was directed by Darren Aronofsky.
