Podcast power couple Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes were very candid about their lives in honor Holmes’ 48th birthday. In a new episode of their Amy & T.J. podcast, the pair discussed what Holmes discovered was the “unhappiest” year of their lives.
Holmes brought up a study conducted by economist David Blanchflower, where he deduced that people are their “unhappiest” when they’re 47.2 years old. For Holmes, he admitted that he hit his lowest point well before his 47th year. The couple opened up about hitting “rock bottom” in recent years.
