Rosie O’Donnell called out Jay Leno over a controversial moment in Netflix’s new “Biggest Loser” documentary.

The actress highlighted a moment from “Fit for TV: The Reality of the Biggest Loser” via Instagram Tuesday during which Leno spoke to contestant Tracey Yukich on his eponymous talk show in 2009.

During the “Tonight Show With Jay Leno” appearance, the now-75-year-old host read death threats Yukich had received live on air.

“jay leno is a mean a–hole #biggestloserdocumentary,” O’Donnell, 63, captioned the social media upload.

Leno’s rep has yet to respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

O’Donnell also blasted personal trainer Bob Harper on social media after watching the docuseries, which sheds light on the dark side of the weight-loss reality show.

“ok now bob harper — can u not say IM SORRY. … come on bob,” she wrote, labeling his behavior on the long-running series “seriously so hurtful” and “so cruel.”

O’Donnell, who recently slimmed down with the help of Mounjaro, included a photo of a contestant named Joelle Gwynn, whom Harper screamed at during Season 7.

The 60-year-old, notably, said in the doc that he “will stand behind everything that [he’s] ever done on that show.”

The series aired on NBC between 2004 and 2016, followed by a single season on USA Network in 2020.

At the time, Harper claimed to Page Six that the reboot was a kinder version “focus[ed] on aftercare” to give contestants “tools” to keep off the weight they shed.

After the documentary began streaming last week, Harper’s fellow personal trainer Jillian Michaels — who did not take part in the project — threatened to sue Netflix.

She defended her decisions on the show, including giving individuals caffeine supplements — something she claimed Harper “suggested” and Dr. Huizenga “approved.”

The 51-year-old provided alleged receipts for her followers, writing, “[It’s] wild how some folks still lie like it’s 1985 before texts and email were a thing.”

Michaels also insisted she did not “restrict contestants from eating enough calories” as claimed.
