On August 20, 2025, the makers of the show finally unveiled a special preview and within hours of its release, it has sparked excitement and curiosity among fans.

The preview of Aryan Khan‘s directorial debut show, The Ba***ds of Bollywood released on August 20, 2025. The preview opened up with a strong dialogue with SRK. The dialogue that instantly sets the tone of the narrative is:
“Bollywood-Ek sapno ka shehar. Par ye shehar sabka nahi hota. Aur is sapno ki duniya mein, kuch log hero ke ghar paida hote hai, aur kuch hero paida hote hai.”
The preview introduces the character, ‘Aasmaan Singh’ (played by Lakshya Lalwani), an aspiring actor, who is there to make it big in the industry. His montage scenes in the preview are full of action and stardom. Visually, the preview suggests that the show is bold and cinematic. It features glamorous lighting, action scenes and dramatic slow-motion scenes. The voiceover in between adds fun and humour to the visuals. A scene that stood out in the preview was when Lakshya’s role was going to jail and the dialogue was:
“Tension nahi lene ka. Andar jaake log aur famous ho jaate hai.”
The preview also unveiled the entire cast of the show, which includes Boddy Deol as ‘Ajay Talwar’, who plays the role of a powerful industry insider. Sahher Bambba plays the role of his daughter and ‘Aasmaan’s love interest. The show also stars Raghav Juyal as ‘Aasmaan’s friend. Apart from them, the preview also featured actors like Mona Singh, Gautami Kapoor, Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Anya Singh, Ranveer Singh and more.

The show, The Ba***ds of Bollywood, is directed by Aryan Khan and produced by Gauri Khan under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment. According to the preview, the show will be available for streaming from September 18, 2025, only on the OTT platform, Netflix.

Within hours of the release of the preview, fans filled it with love, praise and excitement. On YouTube, fans couldn’t stop praising Aryan Khan’s talent.
