Television actress and Bigg Boss 14 winner Rubina Dilaik recently gave fans a glimpse into her family trip to Himachal Pradesh with her twin daughters Edaa and Jeeva. While the photos she posted on Instagram radiated love, warmth, and breathtaking scenery, Rubina later revealed that her holiday was far from picture-perfect.

Taking to social media, Rubina shared a heartfelt note about the harsh weather conditions in Himachal, describing how she and her little ones had to endure days of stress due to heavy rains and landslides in the region. “Past 5 days were a roller coaster! Landslide and heavy rains in Himachal have caused a lot of damage to roads, highways, fields, in short many families are affected severely! My heart goes out to those (including my relatives) who are suffering! I just wanted to say I am safe and so is my family with God’s grace, though I couldn’t hold my daughters in my arms for long, I am grateful they are healthy and happy and off course in a protected environment!” she wrote.
The actress also expressed her gratitude to those who extended help during such difficult times. Her post struck an emotional chord with fans, who flooded her comments section with heart emojis and words of encouragement, lauding her strength as a mother navigating unexpected challenges.
Rubina often shares glimpses of her visits combining her love for nature with precious family moments. This time, however, the actress highlighted the severe damage caused by nature’s fury and expressed solidarity with locals who are struggling in the aftermath of the landslides.
For the unversed, Rubina Dilaik is married to actor Abhinav Shukla, and the couple welcomed their twin daughters in November 2023.
