The Great British Baking Show is returning for Collection 13, and the new cast members for the upcoming installment have been announced ahead of the premiere. The cooking competition’s new season premieres in the U.K. on September 2. No U.S. date has been announced yet, but Netflix has previously aired episodes three days later, which would mean a September 5 premiere in America seems likely.

This year’s contestants have an age range of 23 to 59 and come from a variety of different professions. One thing they have in common, though, is their love of baking.

Paul Hollywood is back as judge, with the bakers eyeing his coveted handshake. Prue Leith also returns to judge, while Noel Fielding and Alison Hammond will serve as cohosts. A premiere date has yet to be confirmed, but with the cast revealed, it must not be far off. For the past five years, new collections have premiered in September.
