Kashish often makes it to the headlines for several controversies and her bold statements, and the same happened again when a designer accused her of ruining an expensive dress.

Taking to her IG handle, the founder of the shop dropped several screenshots of her chat with Kashish Kapoor’s team. The entire incident was followed by one couture gown request from the designer for a shoot of Kashish, and the designer seemingly delivered it within a few hours. Well, following this, she got the dress returned, but in a completely ruined state. The designer shared a photo of the dress, which looked ruined due to being wet and even the bag was covered in dust and sand.
The designer further requested that the team either purchase the dress or pay half the amount to replace it, as it was unusable. Initially, she was ghosted, and then the case was handed over to the internal team, as per the chat history from the designer. However, the same thing repeated, and the team then revealed after one and a half months that Kashish had refused to pay for the dress since she wouldn’t wear it.
In her caption, the designer, Smita, mentioned that the entire team blocked her co-founder. After one and a half months of ghosting and dodging their calls, the team contacted them but only to deny any payment, promising a social media shoutout in the name of compensation. The entire incident has garnered significant attention lately, with some internet users criticising Kashish for her behaviour, while others criticised the designer, arguing that the issue could have been resolved personally.

A few months ago, Kashish Kapoor made headlines after a theft incident occurred at her home. Kashish left Rs. 7 lakh at her home, to transfer it to her mom’s account the next day. However, she later found the envelope consisting of the money was empty. She was shocked but had an initial doubt about her home-cook. Well, a confrontation took place, and although the cook denied, Rs. 50K was discovered from him as it had fallen out of his pocket. The cook also assaulted Kashish, but asked her not to inform. Later, a police case and an FIR were filed, and the cook was detained. However, the entire amount could not be recovered. The incident went viral, given the seriousness it holds.
