An Indian CEO based in the United States has announced internship roles with a generous monthly stipend of Rs 1-2 lakh, and no college degree required.
Siddharth Bhatia, co-founder of startup Puch AI, posted the offer on X as he invited applicants to join the team in building AI for over a billion people.
“We’re Hiring! Join @puch_ai to build AI for a Billion+ people,” Bhatia said, adding that the roles are fully remote, come with the possibility of pre-placement offers (PPOs) for top performers, and offer flexible joining dates.
In a move that challenges traditional hiring norms, Bhatia emphasised that formal education is not a barrier.
“No degree needed. We hired a high schooler last month,” he said.

Puch AI is hiring for two roles: AI Engineering Intern (Full-time) and Growth Magician (Full-time/Part-time).
To apply, Bhatia asked candidates to comment on the post explaining why they should be chosen and what excites them about the opportunity, with a clear note that direct messages won’t be entertained.
As Siddharth Bhatia’s post went viral on social media, several candidates shared their experiences and explained what drives them to be part of the team.
