Raven Symoné ex-boyfriend had a baby with another woman — and then had the audacity to ask her to be the child’s godmother.
“We were together for a really long time, and he got another girl pregnant,” Symoné, 39, shared on Wednesday’s episode of SiriusXM’s “Jeff Lewis Live.”
She added that the best part of the ordeal with that she was asked to be the child’s godmother.
The “That’s so Raven” star — who is currently married to Miranda Pearman-Maday — didn’t reveal her ex’s name on the broadcast, but she emphasized that their relationship is on good terms.
“We’re still in communication now,” Symoné shared, adding that her former partner has “been through a lot.”
“So there’s nothing but love and respect for all that he’s gone through, and his family. He still talks about it all the time, [that] dumbass,” she shared.
The actress came out as queer in 2013 prior to starting her relationship with her now-wife.
She went on tie the knot with Pearman-Maday, 38, in June 2020.
“Got married to a woman who understands me from trigger to joy, from breakfast to midnight snack, from stage to home,” the former daytime host wrote on Instagram at the time. “Love you Mrs. Pearman-Maday! Let’s tear this world a new a—–e!!!”
Soon after they walked down the aisle, Symoné had already started singing her wife’s praises gushing that she had helped the former Disney star lose a “s–t ton” of weight — or to be exact, 28 lbs.
“This was because we want to have a life together,” she told E! News in 2021.
“She doesn’t want to take me to an early grave and I want to make sure I am there for her in the best health possible.”
