Aaron Phypers claimed he “fear[ed] for his parents” when Denise Richards unexpectedly showed up at his home over the weekend.
The businessman, 52, made the allegation in a dispatch audio obtained by People on Tuesday.
Over the weekend, Phypers called the cops when his estranged wife, 54, arrived at their Calabasas, Calif., home where he is living.
Richards allegedly banged on the door and, once allowed inside, yelled at his parents to leave, a source told Page Six on Monday.
The insider claimed the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star put her finger in Phypers’ parents’ faces and attempted to hit his sibling.
Phypers left the residence through a side door, while his brother stood behind Richards’ car until deputies arrived and spoke to her.
No arrests were made as no crime had been committed.
Richards’ rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The actress, notably, was granted a temporary restraining order against Phypers in July after alleging domestic violence, which he has denied.
Richards’ lawyer defended her actions on Sunday to Page Six, telling us the “Wild Things” star believed her ex was “not present” in the house when she drove over.
The attorney claimed his client had been attempting to “retrieve her dogs after learning that Mr. Phypers had put down one of her other dogs without her knowledge or permission.”
However, a source close to Phypers blasted this as “100 percent, absolutely false.”
The Quantum 360 healing center founder filed for divorce from Richards last month after six years of marriage.
Richards’ restraining order filing made headlines the following week, with the actress providing photos allegedly proving Phypers engaged in “frequent … violent” and “aggressive” abuse during their time together.
He was ordered to stay 100 yards from Richards and her property, including her home and car.
In the wake of Richards’ allegations, a troubling 2020 “RHOBH” clip resurfaced showing Phypers threatening to “crush” her hand — and the reality star brushing off the moment during the show’s Season 10 reunion.
Phypers maintains he “never physically or emotionally abused Denise” and “always tried to approach [their] marriage with love, patience and respect.”
In a bombshell email to loved ones, he claimed Richards had an affair with “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Challenge” instructor Rudy Reyes and is addicted to Vicodin — allegations Richards has yet to comment on.
