Sharon Osbourne, 72, was recently seen at her late husband, Ozzy’s, funeral procession in Birmingham, England, with her family. She was spotted wearing a simple back dress at the funeral, but it was her necklace that gained the spotlight at the funeral, where fans lined up in the streets for the Prince of Darkness. As per PEOPLE, a fan took to his X handle and revealed that one of her necklaces included a large gold ring adorned with diamonds. Sharing the significance of the ring, the fan penned:
“Sharon Osbourne is wearing Ozzy’s wedding ring in a chain around her neck while mourning him. This is the ring they got for their wedding renewal in 2017; he used to wear both this and the original wedding band from when they got married in 1982.”
Despite the heartbreak, Sharon remained composed through the event. But she couldn’t control her tears and appeared visibly shaken. The famous TV personality was accompanied by her kids, Aimee, Kelly, Jack, and step-son, Louis, as they all came together to present a united front at the occasion. Her elder daughter, Aimee, made a rare public appearance at the funeral, and another daughter, Kelly, channeled her father’s signature style by wearing purple-tinted circular sunglasses in tribute to Ozzy’s iconic look.
