With the release of Son Of Sardaar 2 just around the corner, the film’s ensemble cast — including Ajay Devgn, Mrunal Thakur, Ravi Kishan, Kubbra Sait, Chunky Panday, Deepak Dobriyal, Ashwini Kalsekar, and Sharat Saxena — came together for a candid roundtable discussion, opening up about their experiences on and off the set.

One of the most heartwarming takeaways from the conversation came from Ravi Kishan, who revealed that this film marks a special milestone for him: “After doing 750 films, I’m finally playing a full-fledged Sardaar character — and this film is my gift to fans who have long wanted to see me in a strong Hindi cinema role, not just cameos or side characters.”
Kishan didn’t disappoint on the humour front either. Recounting a hilarious incident during the shoot, he shared a behind-the-scenes story involving Ajay Devgn’s infamous prankster streak.
“People often ask me about Ajay Devgn’s pranks,” Kishan recalled with a smile. “I remember one night, around 3:30 am, it was freezing cold and everyone was fast asleep. Suddenly, the fire alarm went off. I was panicking about what to do next when I got a call from Ajay. He asked me, ‘The fire alarm’s gone off. Where are you?’ I asked him, ‘What should I bring?’ And he coolly replied, ‘Nothing, just get me a cup of coffee.’”
The roundtable was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and mutual respect. The film is slated to release on August 1.
