She made a rare appearance at her father’s funeral held in Birmingham on July 30, 2025. The actor-singer wore a black veil and suit as she quietly stood beside her mother, Sharon, sister, Kelly, and brothers. They gathered with countless fans on the Black Sabbath Bridge to bid farewell to the Prince of Darkness. Despite their strained bond, the Osbournes came together as a family to mourn the loss. Aimee Osbourne was born on September 2, 1983, in London, and she is the second eldest daughter of Ozzy and his first child with Sharon. But, fans don’t know much about her in comparison to her younger siblings, Kelly and Jack, because she opted out of the popular MTV reality series, The Osbournes, based on her family. Aimee held the belief that being a part of the show with her parents and siblings would affect her privacy and interfere with her dreams to be a part of the music industry. However, before that, she did appear in a few early documentaries and interviews with her father as a young kid. However, Aimee has constantly distanced herself from the public life that was embraced by the rest of her family.

She wanted to take control of her future early on and stay away from the life lived by her family in front of the camera lens. Later, in a conversation on The Talk, her mother, Sharon, admitted that as a mother she deeply regretted the decision. Moreover, the decision strained the bond between Aimee and her sister, Kelly. During her appearance on Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert podcast, Kelly mentioned her bond with her sister and said:
“We don’t talk. We’re just really different. She doesn’t understand me. I don’t understand her.”

Despite staying away from the limelight and her family’s popular TV legacy, Aimee had to face several challenges. In one such incident during 2022, she had a narrow escape from a deadly fire in a Hollywood recording studio. Ozzy Osbourne and Aimee’s fans were relieved to see his family, including Aimee, join in for his final funeral procession. Earlier, she had also released a joint statement with her family about her father’s passing to PEOPLE, which stated:
“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family’s privacy at this time.”
