Reportedly, a source who was a close friend of Hulk revealed that within six hours of his death, Sky made a major move to secure his property and some business assets. There is no confirmation on the news, but it has brought new questions on whether Hulk Hogan’s two kids, son, Nick and daughter, Brooke from his first marriage with Linda, will get a part of their father’s fortune or not.
However, irrespective of the new claims, Sky Daily is entitled to get 30 per cent of her late husband, Hulk Hogan’s, assets under the Florida State Law. It states that the legal spouse of a deceased person can get 30 per cent of their legal assets, regardless of what the state states. This means whether Hulk had named or not, Sky will get a third of his estate, including the Clearwater mansion, business ventures, and other holdings.
Brooke Hogan might not get any share of her father, Hulk Hogan’s fortune
Brooke Hogan’s estranged bond with her father, Hulk Hogan, was not an unknown fact. Recently, a new report from TMZ revealed that she stepped away from any claim to his wealth and made the move to remove herself from her father’s will back in 2023.
