Just two days after Hulk’s death, his 35-year-old son, Nick Hogan, broke his silence with an emotional Instagram post on Saturday, July 26, 2025. Nick shared over 20 personal photos with his father, and called Hulk his ‘best friend’ and ‘the best dad in the world.’ He thanked everyone who has reached out to him and comforted him over the last few days. He expressed his gratitude to his father for all the love and guidance over the years. Nick wrote:
“My dad was the most incredible person I’ve ever known and will always be my hero. He was the most kind, loving and amazing father anybody could ask for. I feel so blessed to have had the greatest dad in the world. He was not only the best dad but also my mentor and my best friend.”
Nick said that he hugged his father whenever there was a chance. After relocating to Florida, he spent a lot of time with his father, Hulk, to stay close to him during his later years. He described these moments as the most cherished ones of his life. The tribute was concluded with a promise that he would carry forward his father’s wisdom, and Hulk would be deeply missed. Nick wrote:
“I loved him and hugged him every chance I got. I spent a lot of time with him after moving back to Florida just to be closer to him and I am so greatful for these memories. They are the best moments in my life…I love you so much, Big Dog and I will miss you forever.”
