Not just that, Joy also revealed that she is six months pregnant and expecting her first baby with Madhampatty. However, do you know that the actor was earlier married to lawyer, Shruthi. Ever since Madhampatty got married to Joy, fans have been curious to know whether he has divorced his first wife, Shruthi. Earlier, in 2025, Shruthi had shared a heartfelt family picture to put an end to all the rumours related to her divorce from Madhampatty. She shared two family pictures with her two sons and Madhampatty, who was standing next to her. Everyone was smiling in the frame. In the first snap, Shruthi wore a yellow-hued salwar kameez and was seen holding onto her two boys, while Madhampatty stood next to her. She had captioned the snap as:
“My World ! My Tribe My Pride!”
Shruthi, in her caption, had even called Madhampatty her baby while her fans commented beautiful family. In another picture, Shruthi, Madhampatty and their children were seen attending a wedding. She had worn a purple-hued saree while her kids and her husband twinned in black. Shruthi had mentioned in her caption of attending a family wedding, and the snap was proof of everything looking good in their paradise.

Shruthi’s old posts had revealed that she believed in the concept of family unity. Her response was a response to the old rumours of the actor being in a relationship with someone else. Earlier on Reddit, there were claims of Shruthi being with Madhampatty for years. It was said that she was showing to be married to the actor by keeping his surname before her name, even when the reality was that Madhampatty was reportedly in an affair with his now second wife, Joy.

Rumours related to Shruthi and Madhampatty’s divorce have been doing all over the internet. However, Shruthi in her Instagram bio has not changed her surname and has kept Rangaraj. It is interesting to note that a part of her bio reads:

On the other side, Joy recently took to her Instagram handle to announce being marriage to Madhampatty. Shruthi has not yet commented on Madhampatty’s second marriage to Joy, and neither has changed a part of her Instagram bio that reads, “Rangaraj’s wife”. On the other hand, Jo, on her Instagram bio, has clearly written, “Wife of Madhampatty Rangaraj” and that, “We are pregnant.”
