Laughter Chefs 2 brought a new chapter of success for comedy-cooking reality shows on Indian television. This journey, filled with fun, food and heartwarming moments, began back in January 2025, and since then, it has made a special place in the hearts of fans. Whether it was fun celebrity banter between Nia and Sudesh or hilarious kitchen mishaps of Abhishek and Samarth with Aly’s delicious food, every memory has stayed back with fans. After a long and TRP-chart-topping journey of six months, the show has finally come to an end. However, unlike the previous news reports, we have a surprise winning pair.
Laughter Chefs 2 get a surprise pair of winners
Due to the success of Laughter Chefs 2, the makers planned special grand finale episodes for Laughter Chefs 2. They were already shot in June 2025, and their promos went viral in no time. The finale episodes were aired on July 26 and July 27, 2025 and just a while ago, we got a new winning pair for season 2. At the end of the episode, it was finally revealed that Karan Kundrra and Elvish Yadav took home the winning title after securing the most stars throughout the season.
The pair’s stars increased after the finale where they won nearly 40 stars in one go. They were followed by Aly Goni and Reem, who won the most stars in the season and got the prestigious diamond stars. Interestingly, Elvish Yadav started the show paired with Abdu Rozik, but due to Abdu’s early exit, Karan Kundrra stepped in as his new partner. Karan and Elvish’s bond, humour, and surprising cooking skills won them praise every weekend. For those unaware, in the first season of Laughter Chefs, Karan barely knew how to use a pressure cooker, but he impressed the judge, Harpal Singh Sokhi, with his final dish, ‘Jharna’.
Ankita Lokhande, Kashmera Shah, Reem Shaikh and more won special awards
Laughter Chefs season 2‘s grand finale was not just about the winners. Instead, it celebrated the journey of all contestants, and some of them ended up getting some unique awards. Best Chor award went to Krushna Abhishek, while Vicky Jain won Best Laughter award. Ankita Lokhande clinched the Best Bahuji award, Sudesh Lehri won the Ek Tarfa Aashiq award due to his affection for Nia Sharma.
At the end, the Best Jodi award was given to Reem and Dustbin, and Abhishek Kumar got the Best Jaanwar award. At the end, everyone got emotional. In the episode, Nia Sharma revealed that she initially disliked Ankita Lokhande and Sudesh Lehri, but by the end, they had become her closest allies. For those unaware, the show featured a fun cooking competition between pairs of stars like Rubina Dilaik, Rahul Vaidya, Samarth Jurel, Kashmera Shah, Reem Shaikh, Aly Goni, Vicky Jain, Krushna Abhishek, and more.
