Boney Kapoor has amazed the internet with his remarkable body transformation, losing 26 kgs without ever hitting the gym. The filmmaker, recognized for producing hit films and recently venturing into acting, is now in the spotlight not only for his career but also for his impressive fitness journey.

Images of Boney Kapoor appearing noticeably slimmer in both casual and semi-formal outfits have taken social media by storm. While many fans complimented his stylish new look, others were curious about what sparked such a significant transformation.
As per a report in News18, Boney’s weight loss is attributed to his disciplined way of living. He avoids dinner, opting instead for soups. His breakfast typically consists of fruit juice and jawar roti. Interestingly, he hasn’t followed any workout regimen—his transformation is purely the result of strong willpower and strict dietary habits.
Last year, Boney shared details about his transformation journey, which also involved undergoing a hair transplant. Speaking openly, he said, “My wife Sri used to tell me, ‘Boney, first lose weight then you can fix your hair.’” However, he received different opinions from others. “They told me bald people are lucky, like Yash Chopra, so I stayed bald for a while,” he added.
Eventually, he decided to go through with a hair transplant. “Finally, one day, I was convinced to get a hair transplant. In three days, they planted almost 6,000 hair,” he shared.
Reflecting on the motivation behind his lifestyle change, Boney attributed it to the words of his late wife. “I remembered my wife’s advice who wanted me to lose weight before the hair transplant, so I went on a diet and lost about 14 kgs. It’s hard for me to exercise, but I still managed to shed weight,” he revealed.
In a light-hearted moment, Boney also shared a conversation with his daughter regarding Sridevi’s concerns. “She said, ‘She thought after it you will become a better-looking person.’ This was a secret until today,” he joked.
