Dharma Movies took to their social media handle to share the video, captioning it, “It takes only an ‘I love you too’ to make your hearts go dhadak! Celebrating #7YearsOfDhadak.” Fans quickly flooded the comments with love. One fan wrote, “I love this movie and this song! The film was a remake of the Marathi movie Sairat and became a box office success. Dhadak marked an important debut for both young actors, who have since forged their own distinct careers in the industry. Seven years after Dhadak, Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter reunited for Neeraj Ghaywan’s Homebound, which also features Vishal Jethwa. The film premiered in the Un Certain Regard section at the Cannes Film Festival 2025 and received an overwhelming response, including a nine-minute standing ovation.

After multiple delays, the makers have finally unveiled the first looks of the actors along with a new release date for this much-anticipated film.
The poster, shared by Dharma Productions, showcased Janhvi Kapoor’s first look as Tulsi Kumari. In the image, Janhvi exuded desi girl vibes, dressed in a stunning yellow saree paired with a golden blouse. Accompanying the poster was a witty couplet that read, “Dikhne main bholi bhaali, Chanchal pyaari… Lekin andar se melodramatic like Meena Kumari!!!”
As fans eagerly await Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor’s on-screen chemistry, the makers have announced a new release date for the romantic comedy Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. Originally set for September 12, the film will now hit theatres on October 2, 2025. Besides the lead pair, the movie boasts a talented cast including Sanya Malhotra, Maniesh Paul, Rohit Saraf, and Akshay Oberoi, among others. With this revised date, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari is set to compete at the box office with Kantara: A Legend—Chapter 1 and Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat.
In addition to Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, Janhvi Kapoor is preparing for the release of her upcoming film Param Sundari, in which she stars opposite Sidharth Malhotra. Param Sundari is scheduled to hit theaters on August 29.
