Donald Trump aide Stephen Miller’s wife Katie Miller has broken her silence on the ongoing speculations over her ever-evolving relationship with Elon Musk after Musk’s fallout with Trump. Katie walked out of the White House with Elon Musk, triggering a rumor storm that they had an affair and she would be divorcing Stephen Miller, Trump’s aide. All three of them were very close during the initial days of Musk’s Washington phase as they used to spend time together even outside work. The Trump-Musk breakup did not do well for the married couple as they were torn between their loyalties — Stephen toward Trump and Katie toward Musk. But more recently, Elon Musk unfollowed Katie Miller on X after Miller posted her July 4 holiday photo with Stephen. This led to speculations that the new suspected couple might have fallen apart and Stephen Miller’s marriage is, after all, not breaking.Speaking to Reuters, Katie Miller said she still works for Elon Musk though she declined to describe her role. “My paycheck still comes from him,” she said.Katie and Stephen met each other as they both worked with the previous Trump administration. In this administration, while Stephen became the deputy chief of staff in his crucial White House role, Katie was appointed as an adviser to Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency. After Elon Musk walked out of DOGE before his massive fallout with the president, which even led to him founding a new party America Party, Katie Miller left the government to work for Musk. Miller recently revamped her X profile, which once featured a banner photo of a SpaceX rocket, to highlight her life as a mother and wife. She posted photos of her workouts and beach excursions with her children, the Reuters report noted, adding that Katie did not reply to why Elon Musk unfollowed her.
