She is relatively new to the company as she joined it just nine months ago, but Kristin has a long experience of shaping talent in startups. Before her stint as an Astronomer, she held leadership positions at ObserveIT, Neo4j, and Proofpoint.
In terms of academics, Kristin has pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the popular Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania. She is also reportedly married, like her boss, but there is no confirmation of it. Some netizens dragged her husband, Kenneth C, into the matter. However, there is no other information about him available on the internet. Even Astronomer’s website has written highly about her, claiming that Kristin has a proven track record of “preserving and enriching company culture”. They added that as CPO at Neo4j, she made the company grow from 225 to 900 employees.
