Indian cricketer, Mohammed Shami’s estranged wife, Hasin Jahan and her daughter, Arshi Jahan from her earlier marriage, are in a soup. This is because their neighbour, Dalia Khatun, pressed and alleged charges of attempted to murder, criminal conspiracy, as well as assault. The incident reportedly took place related to land in West Bengal’s Suri town that comes under the Birbhum district. A video of Hasin and, reportedly, Dalia has now surfaced on social media, and both are seen getting violent.

A copy of the FIR has gone viral on social media, where Hasin and her neighbour, Dalia, were seen getting into a fight. Dalia also claimed to have been assaulted by Hasin’s daughter from her previous marriage, whose name is Arshi. According to a report by Siasat.com, the West Bengal police officials stated that the alleged incident took place in Ward Number 5 of Suri town, where Hasin reportedly had begun the construction work on a plot of land. She claimed it was registered in the name of her daughter, Arshi. Now, neighbour, Dalia objected to the construction that was happening and alleged that the land had been under dispute.
There was tension seen between Hasin and Dalia as seen in a viral video where Hasin was seen pushing the bricks, while Dalia was stopping her. Hasin had worn a black t-shirt, denims, while the other lady in the fight was in a maxi with a dupatta. Dalia complained that she was beaten badly by Hasin and her daughter, Arshi.

An FIR has been lodged against Hasin and Arshi, with their neighbour claiming charges of attempted to murder. The incident of Hasin pushing the lady has been caught on camera in the now-viral clip. An FIR has been filed under various sections related to criminal charges pressed against Hasin and Arshi in Suri, Birbhum district of West Bengal. This was because it has been alleged that both mother and daughter did try to stop the construction over the disputed land, whose proof Hasin has not yet given. The West Bengal police official has ensured that an investigation is going on at the moment, and arrests have not yet been made.

Hasin has always been in the news because of her separation from India’s ace and fast bowler, Mohammed Shami. She accused him of infidelity, domestic violence and in 2018, the former pair separated. The court cases related to the duo seem to be never-ending. Recently, Shami was ordered by the Calcutta High Court to pay Hain Rs. 1.5 lakh monthly for the maintenance of Hasin. The court also ordered that Rs. 2.5 lakh has to be paid for the care and the varied expenses of their minor daughter, Aaira Shami. A Bench of Justice Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee had heard the appeal filed by Hasin, who challenged the decision made by the Alipore Sessions Judge, who had directed Shami to pay a maintenance amount of Rs. 50,000 monthly to Hasin and Rs. 80,000 to Aaira, which was directed towards the interim monetary relief. Hasin had claimed to have only earned Rs. 16,000.
