With a new pizza-inspired Air Jordan 4 style set to be released in August, Jordan Brand is starting the party early with the launch of another model themed after the iconic Italian dish. 

Before Jordan’s fourth model gets the cheese-and-sauce treatment, it’s the Air Jordan 1 Low SE that’s been given a “made fresh since 1985” theme. According to Nike’s official product description, this kids version of the Air Jordan 1 is built with “smooth, durable leather” that “helps ’em stand up to playtime with a bold design inspired by a cheesy slice dripping with sauce.”

The playful theme is highlighted across a Sesame/Fire Red/White/Black colorway. Essentially a two-tone tan and black style, the pair is accented right bright red to emphasize the concept. A checkerboard insole and tongue tag reference takeout boxes, but it’s the sneaker’s accessories that tie everything together. The shoes come in a special pizza box-inspired shoebox and a special Jordan-branded pizza sticker. And for those who like to change up their look, the pair comes packaged with five different shoelace options.

Along with the sneakers, Nike, Inc.’s Jordan Brand released a matching Deep Dish T-shirt featuring “Chicago style” graphics. 

For older sneaker fans seeking new Air Jordan 1 Low options, reports recently surfaced of an upcoming “Banned” release using the model’s iconic black-and-red colorway. The silhouette will also be featured on an upcoming three-way collaboration between Travis Scott, Hiroshi Fujiwara’s Fragment Design and Jordan Brand. 

As for the aforementioned pizza-themed Air Jordan 4, it’s expected to be released in kids sizes on Aug. 1 from Nike’s e-commerce store and select Jordan Brand retailers.

The Air Jordan 1 Low SE Pizza is available now from Nike’s e-commerce store in big kids ($110, HQ2016-200), little kids ($80, HQ2015-200) and toddler ($70, HQ2017-200) sizes.
