They gave the director and us, as actors, full creative freedom—and that trust shows on screen. More filmmakers are now embracing this space, making layered, thought-provoking cinema. Take ZEE5, for instance. Their recent film Mrs. was a deeply moving watch. Platforms like these aren’t just backing content, they’re believing in stories that truly matter. And that belief gives creators the confidence to take meaningful risks.”
