After finalizing her divorce from Sacha Baron Cohen earlier this year, Isla Fisher shared a cheeky comment referencing marriage, and people think there might be an underlying meaning to her message.
The actors, who met at a party in 2002, have been together for more than 20 years and were married for 13 of them. Isla and Sacha share three children together — two girls and one boy. Along with keeping their relationship fairly private, the former couple has done the same with the identity of their kids.
They haven’t shared too much about the reason behind their divorce, but despite their decision to go their separate ways, the former couple said the split was amicable.
Now, just one month after their marriage was officially dissolved, the Now You See Me: Now You Don’t star shared an interesting quote on her Instagram Story, regarding women and their lack of desire to get married nowadays.
She posted this earlier today:
“It’s not worth buying an entire pig, just to get a little sausage.” Well, alright then!
