At the same time, he shared a significant lesson he gained from his health crisis.
Aasif Khan reveals he will have to stay hospitalised for a short period
Aasif Khan suffered a heart attack two days ago and was rushed to the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai for immediate medical attention. Fortunately, the actor’s condition is now stable, and he will soon be discharged from the hospital. However, the news left everyone worried and Aasif recently took to his Instagram handle to confirm his wellbeing and shared his feelings at the moment. Sharing a picture of the hospital’s ceiling while being admitted for his treatment, the actor penned:
“Realising after watching this for the past 36 hours. Life is short; don’t take one day for granted. Everything can change in a moment; be grateful for all you have and all that you are. Remember who is more important to you and always cherish them. Life is a gift, and we are blessed.”
Apart from explaining how he realised that every moment of life should be valued, Aasif Khan went on to give an update on his health. He revealed that from the last few hours, he got to know that he has been dealing with certain health issues which need him to continue his stay in the hospital. However, there is a silver lining to the incident because he is now getting treated for his health problems and has been feeling better over time. Expressing his gratitude for the good wishes he received over time, Aasif wrote:
“Over the past few hours, I’ve been dealing with some health issues that required hospitalisation. I’m grateful to share that I’m now on the road to recovery and feeling much better. I truly appreciate all the love, concern, and well-wishes. Your support means the world to me. I’ll be back very soon.”

Aasif Khan shifted to Mumbai in 2010 to make a career out of his passion for acting. He worked odd jobs like being a waiter while simultaneously giving auditions which marked the beginning of his career. The actor worked in small roles in Ready and Agneepath before finding longer screen time in Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Pagglait, Paatal Lok and more. He is well-known for playing the role of ‘Ganesh’ in Panchayat and was last seen on the big screen in Sanjay Dutt and Mouni Roy starred, The Bhootni.
