Joe Rogan is enjoying a luxurious vacation with his rarely seen wife, Jessica Ditzel, and their children aboard a $50 million megayacht.
The “Joe Rogan Experience” podcast host, 57, and Ditzel, 49, were photographed on the breathtaking 217-foot Okto on Monday off the coast of Venice, Italy.
Their daughters Lola, 16, and Rosy, 14, joined their parents for the Italian getaway. It’s unclear whether daughter Kayja, 28 — whom Rogan adopted — was there, too.
Rogan and Ditzel, who wed in 2009, were seen lounging on the boat’s expansive dock as they soaked up the sun and took in the views.
The couple looked content as they ate, drank and savored the family time.
The ultra sleek and private Okto — which features state-of-the-art amenities, an infinity pool and a movie theater — is one of the most exclusive yachts available for charter, as it boasts a weekly rental price tag of around $640,000.
Despite his anti-marriage stance, Rogan has previously explained that he married Ditzel following the birth of their first child together because he “had to; she made a baby.”
“What she had done was way more of a commitment compared to signing a legal contract,” he argued in an interview with the Palm Beach Post.
During an appearance on the “Lex Fridman Podcast,” Rogan described Ditzel as a “happy,” “kind, “disciplined,” “dedicated” and “fun” person who is “always smiling.”
Though he doesn’t speak about his spouse or kids often, he has said in the past that he doesn’t “like being gone” and away from his family for more than “three days” because it “f–ks up [his] feelings.”
He once told his listeners, “Parenthood is probably the greatest human privilege. Having kids is one of the most powerful things I ever did in life; it changed me on so many levels.”
As for having three girls, the media personality previously admitted, “I think the universe did me a solid by giving me only daughters. If I had a son, I would probably be like, ‘I have to keep this boy out of jail’ because I am passing my genes.”
He added, “My girls know they can always talk to me. I allow them to be vulnerable around me.”
Rogan has referred to Kayja as “an awesome kid,” noting that she’s not just his daughter but also his “friend.”
“I have worked really hard to make sure we are able to openly speak about anything, including boys. This makes her feel she is not out of the loop,” he once told Rosie O’Donnell on her since-canceled talk show.
As for Lola, she is a “phenomenal athlete,” according to her dad.
