Jennifer Love Hewitt attended the “I Know What You Did Last Summer” Los Angeles premiere on Monday, making rare red carpet appearance in a pair of Aquazzura pumps.

Love Hewitt opted for the Colombian luxury footwear designer’s Passions Crystal Pump for the event. The elegant pumps feature a cage-like design, made with crystal-embellished black satin strips on sheer black mesh. Finished with elegant stiletto heels measuring 105mm, the pumps glistened, creating a contrast against the black carpet.

The slip-on design features an added leather insole and the brand’s signature gold pineapple logo on the sole. While the classic black pump can be lackluster on a red carpet, the crystal embellishments and the mesh on the uppers of the Passions pumps helped the actress stand out.

The heels are currently on sale with 50 percent off, retailing at $700 on the Aquazzura website. She paired the shoes with a little black, ankle-length dress adorned with triangular appliqués throughout, featuring a low neckline and spaghetti straps.

Love Hewitt is returning to the “I Know What You Did Last Summer” franchise 28 years after the original. She is reprising her role as Julie James in the 2025 legacy sequel. The film, directed by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson, also stars Freddie Prinze Jr., Madelyn Cline, Jonah Hauer-King, Sarah Pidgeon, and Tyriq Withers. The movie premiere was the actress’ first red carpet appearance since the Fox Summer TCA 2019 All-Star Party in August 2019.

The actress and her other costar Chase Sui Wonders posed for photos together on the red carpet. Wonders also sported shoes by Aquazzura for the premiere, opting for the popular Tequila 105mm crystal-embellished sandals, which stars like Blake Lively have previously worn.
