In the following clip, the actor is shown doing some exercises, and as he steps out, Ishaan can be heard saying, “wooooo.” He captioned the video: “6 minutes in -120 degrees.” Cryotherapy is performed to reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling, as well as to support tissue healing and recovery.
In other news, Ishaan recently took a trip with his friends Siddhant Chaturvedi and Pooja Hegde. He posted on Instagram, sharing a few sneak peeks from his scenic getaway with friends.
