Vishwas, at the moment, is completely devastated and wakes up in the middle of the night and finds it very difficult to get back to sleep. He was seated on seat number 11 A, which was near the emergency exit and was the lone survivor of the crash. Although for Vishwas, the nightmare of the attack just does not seem to end. He became the lone survivor, which was miraculous, and the loss he faced was beyond words. However, his battle with coping with the trauma has not been easy for Vishwas as her is haunted by the memories that have been giving him sleepless nights.

It was on June 17, 2025, when Vishwas got discharged from the Ahmedabad Civil Hospital. It was the same day when his family got the body of his brother, Ajay, after a DNA match. Recounting how he saved his life, Vishwas, in an interview with Doordarshan, shared:

‘”Luckily, the portion of the plane where I was seated fell on the ground floor of the [medical college] hostel premises after the plane crash-landed. When I saw that the door was broken, I told myself that I can try and get out. Eventually, I came out.”

A day after Vishwas got discharged from the hospital, it was on June 18, 2025, when Vishwas was seen carrying the mortal remains of his bhai, Ajay, with grief in his heart and an everlasting shock in his mind.
