Farah Khan is making headlines for her super-famous cooking vlogs with her cook, Dilip. While Farah’s growing popularity and cooking skills are infectious, her cook has also become a celebrity. However, despite the huge fame and love, their banter is the add-on spice of their vlogs. In the latest vlog, Farah paid a surprise visit to Ankit Gupta’s home, who is a self-proclaimed bachelor and lacks basic kitchen essentials. And to help him, Farah and Dilip made a quick stop to buy a tawa for him.
Farah Khan called Dilip a thief in her latest vlog
At the shop, Dilip and Farah locked horns, as the latter wondered whether to buy it. Dilip gave his nod, and Farah quibbled that she’ll take it from her cook’s salary. Dilip cutely responded, ‘Aap denge na.’ Farah mocked him and said, ‘Theek hai, Dilip, please pay for it.” Dilip took out her credit card and said:
“Haan, theek hai, aapka card mere jeb mein hai.”
Farah looked shocked as she rushed back to the shop and asked him to take out her card, and to her surprise, Dilip actually pulled out her card from his wallet. Farah said:
“Oh God, this man! Chor hai yeh aadmi.”
When they finally reached Ankit’s home, they were surprised by a fully-furnished apartment with an open kitchen and a full-time house help. The trio decided to cook tawa chicken, a recipe they decided to make just the night before. However, Ankit revealed that he had stopped eating non-veg after he had a gastric panic attack. He said:
“I had a gastric panic attack and was hospitalised. Since then, I gave up non-veg completely. It caused palpitations, breathlessness, and spiked my BP and sugar levels. It felt like someone was stopping me from breathing.”

When Farah Khan revealed an anecdote from her personal life in her vlog
In an earlier vlog with Apoorva Mukhija, Farah revealed an anecdote of her life, when The Traitor fame suggested that she wanted to get married at 23. Farah shared that she also wanted to get married at 23, but her mother had warned her. She told Farah that she would throw her out of the home if she got married at 23. After which, she cried and created a scene, even calling her mother her ‘dushman’. Recalling the incident, Farah said:
“At 23, I wanted to get married. I thought my life is now over. ‘Kya hi hai life mein?’ And my mom was like, ‘If you get married so young, I will throw you out of my house.’ I cried and created a scene. I said, ‘Other parents want their daughters to get married and you are my dushman.'”
