Macca is back. Sir Paul McCartney has announced a headlining tour across North America, kicking off in late September. The new run extends the Got Back tour he launched in 2022 as he returns to cities including Atlanta, Montreal, Chicago, Buffalo, Las Vegas, Denver, and Nashville. He also plays his first-ever dates in Albuquerque and the Greater Palm Springs area. Find the Beatles bassist’s complete list of tour dates below.
While this is McCartney’s first tour in several years, he graced the stage more recently than that, playing three last-minute concerts at Bowery Ballroom in New York City in February. Those sets served as warm-up gigs for his appearance on SNL50: The Anniversary Special, where he performed “Golden Slumbers / Carry That Weight / The End” from the Beatles’ 1969 album Abbey Road.
Earlier this year, McCartney announced Wings: The Story of a Band on the Run, a new 528-page book chronicling the formation and adventures of his 1970s band Wings after the Beatles ended. Written by McCartney and featuring an introduction by editor Ted Widmer, the book comes out on November 4. Wings also put out a 50th anniversary edition of Band on the Run, as well as the much-bootlegged live studio album One Hand Clapping, in 2024.
