    Teenage years mark the beginning of noticeable skin changes, largely due to puberty. Increased oil production can trigger acne, blackheads, and breakouts.

    • For teens, a basic and natural routine works best.

    • Use a soap-free, gentle face wash twice daily to remove dirt and oil.

    • Gently massage the face in circular motions for one minute before rinsing.

    • For acne-prone skin, opt for a face wash with neem extracts, which offer antibacterial benefits to fight breakouts.

    • Daily application of sunscreen is vital, even on cloudy days.

    • Avoid overloading your skin with multiple products—simplicity and consistency are key.

    20s: BUILDING A ROUTINE THAT LASTS

    In your 20s, skin concerns evolve: acne may linger or reappear, dark spots become noticeable, and sun damage starts to show.

    • To tackle these changes

    • Cleanse your face morning and night to remove oil, dirt, and pollutants.

    • Add a serum with rose extracts, niacinamide, or glycolic acid to hydrate and enhance glow.

    • For dark spots, choose a serum enriched with turmeric, known for its brightening properties.

    • SPF 50+ sunscreen is a must, every single day, to protect against UVA/UVB rays and pigmentation.

    • Your 20s are the time to build habits that will sustain your skin for decades.

    30s: PROTECTING AND REPAIRING

    The 30s often bring more visible skin changes: dullness, fine lines, dryness, and persistent acne. These are amplified by stress, sleep deprivation, and environmental damage.

    What your skin needs now

    • Stick to your core routine but upgrade it with clinically-backed, natural products.

    • Use a face wash and serum with turmeric extracts to reduce pigmentation and brighten skin.

    • Add aloe vera-based moisturisers to combat dryness and soothe irritation.

    • Exfoliate regularly to remove dead skin cells and boost natural radiance.

    • Support your skincare with healthy lifestyle habits—balanced nutrition, hydration, good sleep, and stress management.

    Healthy skin isn’t achieved overnight—it’s a result of consistent, thoughtful care. The key lies in listening to your skin and adjusting your routine as it evolves. Whether you’re dealing with teenage acne or early signs of aging, using simple, natural, and effective skincare products can make all the difference.
