Ajay Devgn met with Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on July 7 in New Delhi, to present his vision for establishing a top-tier film studio in the southern state.

Devgn, who also directs and produces, shared his plan to develop a world-class studio offering cutting-edge facilities in animation, VFX (Visual Effects), and even AI-powered smart studio infrastructure. Additionally, he suggested launching a dedicated skill development institute to cultivate talent across various sectors of the entertainment industry.

During the meeting, Devgn appealed for the necessary governmental backing to transform the vision into reality, citing Telangana’s emerging status as a rapidly advancing cinema infrastructure hub.
Chief Minister Reddy detailed ongoing Telangana government efforts focused on broad development, including media and entertainment. In response, Devgn praised the state’s progressive approach and offered to serve as a brand ambassador, promoting “Rising Telangana” through film and media platforms.
The meeting also included Ajit Reddy, Special Secretary to the CM, and Dr. Gaurav Uppal, Secretary for Coordination of Central Schemes.
On the work front, Ajay Devgn is currently preparing for the release of Son of Sardaar 2, following his appearance in Raid 2.
