It was Shefali’s husband, Parag Tyagi, whose world turned upside down. Now, he took to his IG handle and shared an emotional post for Shefali.

Taking to his IG handle, Parag Tyagi shared a video, which featured several photos of the couple together. For the unversed, after her divorce from Harmeet Singh, Shefali fell in love again with Parag. The duo got married in 2014, and they had always sent out power couple vibes out there. In the caption, Parag poured his heart out. He penned that every time she would be born in every lifetime, he would find her. He addressed her as ‘Pari, Gundi and Chokri’ and mentioned that he would love her in every lifetime. Parag’s emotional note could be read as:
“PARI, I WILL FIND YOU EVERY TIME YOU ARE BORN. AND I WILL LOVE YOU IN EVERY LIFETIME. I LOVE YOU ETERNALLY MERI GUNDI MERI CHOKRI.”

However, it was on July 4, 2025, when Parag took to his IG handle and penned a love-filled note for his loving wife. He shared how Shefali was a generous daughter, a wonderful wife and a loyal friend. Parag also revealed how Shefali’s presence and light were enough to make people feel loved, seen and touched. Sharing an adorable photo of her, Parag poured his heart that went out to his late wife.
Shefali Jariwala wanted to adopt a baby girl with Parag Tyagi
Shefali and Parag got married in 2014, and they were trying to become parents to an adopted baby girl. In an old interview with BollywoodLife, Shefali revealed that it was something she had wanted to do since she was 12 or 13. The actress said that it was a big decision, and thus, Parag and she needed to be on the same page, but her husband couldn’t understand her feelings for a long time. Shefali further shared that since she came to the industry from a middle-class family, through Kaanta Laga, and her life changed with a whole lot of blessings, she wanted to do the same for another girl.
Shefali mentioned that by adopting a girl, she wanted to spread her blessings. Talking about the reason to adopt a girl, Shefali said that a daughter needed to be connected more to her parents than a baby boy, and this was why she wanted to be a mom of a baby girl. However, she also added that be it boy or girl, she would adopt, and as it’s a long process, thus, it took a lot of time.
