Georgia McCann, one of the stars of Bravo’s “Next Gen NYC,” once threw an “epic” party for Anna Delvey — at the infamous scammer’s downtown Manhattan apartment.
“She was under house arrest at the time,” the event planner and co-founder of Channel 1 tells Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea,” while recalling the January 2023 bash.
“And I was like, ‘What if we turn her apartment she’s under house arrest in, which was like a one bedroom in the East Village and a walk-up, into like the hottest nightclub in New York for one night?’”
McCann knew if she was able to execute such a concept, it would be an “absolutely foolproof” success.
She was right. The “Club House Arrest” soiree — which featured an imitation New York Post cover as an invitation — attracted a buzzy crowd, including the likes of designer Cynthia Rowley and her daughter, Rachel Rabbit White, along with Cat Marnell, Ben Widdicombe and Dr. Alexander Blinski.
At the time, Page Six reported that the ex-con required attendees, no matter how prominent they were in NYC’s social scene, to sign NDAs — which McCann confirms.
“I hired security. It was fully, like, a residential building. And we had hundreds of people coming in. We had local news trying to break in,” she says. “Everyone had to sign an NDA. Cynthia Rowley was there, Cat Marnell was there. It was just an epic mix of people.”
Insiders previously told Page Six that Delvey, 34, asked for SSNs with guests’ signatures — though most partygoers chose to provide fake numbers or leave the space blank given the host’s criminal past.
The former “Dancing With the Stars” competitor was previously imprisoned for defrauding individuals and businesses out of tens of thousands of dollars, her story eventually immortalized in the 2022 Netflix mini-series “Inventing Anna” starring Julia Garner.
McCann tells “Virtual Reali-Tea” that, despite being under house arrest during the fête, Delvey was thrilled to make a splash with an unconventional celebration — ankle monitor and all.

“She was so gung-ho about it,” the Bravolebrity shares. “She was like, ‘Yeah, let’s do it.’ And then we just got it together.”
McCann says that Delvey’s neighbors were not only unbothered by the lively event, but delighted to be in its proximity.
“The girls who lived down the hall from her were so excited about the whole thing,” she explains, “and they let Anna use their apartment as a green room. She really just had a one bedroom and we stuffed 100 people in there.”
