Heart disease was once thought to be an issue that mainly affected those aged above 60 years. But noticeable deaths of shocking heart attacks and cardiac arrests in recent years of many famous Indian actors, singers, comedians, and directors have raised alarm amongst many in their 30s, 40s, and 50s.
While Shefali Jariwala’s post-mortem is still underway, initial reports suggest that the 42-year-old actor may have suffered a massive heart attack on Friday night. These sudden losses shocked fans and devastated families. 7. Actor Siddhaant Vir Surryavanshi (1975–2022)
The television actor died tragically at 46 on May 19, 2022, after collapsing during a workout in a gym.

The Kannada film star passed away at just 35 on June 7, 2020, due to cardiac arrest, shocking the entire industry.
9. Comedian Vivek (1961–2021)
A popular face in Tamil cinema, Vivek died on April 17, 2021, at 59, after suffering cardiac arrest.
10. Actress Madhubala (1933–1969)
One of Bollywood’s most iconic actresses, Madhubala, died at only 36 because of heart-related complications.
11. Businessman Sanjay Kapur (1971–2025)
A prominent businessman and social figure, Sanjay Kapur, passed away due to a heart attack at 53.
