Alia Bhatt has elevated her fashion game since her marriage to Ranbir Kapoor. Instead of following trends and wearing the same designer clothes, Alia has been curating her own fashion looks, taking into account her petite body type. Recently, the Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani actress made an appearance at the grand premiere of Rekha’s Umrao Jaan.
Alia Bhatt’s turns the heat in her beautiful rose pink saree with a unique waterfall blouse
On June 26, 2025, Alia arrived in style for the premiere of Umrao Jaan. The gorgeousness was dressed in a rose-pink-hued chiffon saree, which accentuated her figure without making her look bulky or shrink into it. She teamed it with a unique blouse featuring a waterfall design in the front and high-neck detailing with cap sleeves. The blouse added stars to the whole saree look.
Alia styled her look with long hair, subtle makeup with a flush of pink on her cheeks and glossy pink lips completed her look. She added the final detailing to her look with a small black bindi and a cutesy clutch that matched her. She happily posed for the photographers at the venue.
Apart from Alia, the premiere was attended by Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Tabu, Asha Bhosle, AR Rahman and many more. However, Rekha looked gorgeous in her pristine white and golden ensemble. She was even seen nailing a step from the show, Umrao Jaan.

For those who don’t know, Rekha’s film, Umrao Jaan was restored by the National Film Development Corporation-National Film Archive of India under the National Film Heritage Mission. The film is considered the biggest hit of Rekha’s career, set in the 19th century, which highlights the journey of Amiran’s arrival in a brothel in Lucknow. There were three male leads, including Farooque Shaikh, Raj Babbar, and Naseeruddin Shah.

While people call it her manifestation turning into reality, the brand doesn’t acknowledge the piece as a ‘saree’.
Rhea Kapoor styled Alia Bhatt’s look. On May 25, 2025, Rhea took to her Instagram handle and posted a couple of pictures of Alia’s Gucci ensemble for the closing ceremony at the Cannes Film Festival. She called Alia ‘modern Rajkumari’, and custom-victorian set by Malabar gold and diamonds. She wrote:
